Such a great story where two women, thirty years apart, are facing heartache. We follow both women on their journeys as they face the world alone yet a letter written at the start of the war brings them together. A wonderful story which I highly recommend.

This book was a real page turner and a great thriller read. Jack and Grace appear to have it all, Jack is the perfect husband and Grace is so good at entertaining their guests. But what happens when they are alone? Does Grace have the freedom we are led to believe?
